Turkey mac skillet
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground turkey breast
- 2 ts Oil
- 1 c (4 oz.) uncooked elbow Macaroni
- 1 c Thinly sliced celery
- 1 Medium tomato chopped MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
- 1 c Water
- 1/2 c Thick and chunky salsa
- 2 (8 oz) cans no-salt-added
Instructions:
Tomato sauce Brown ground turkey in oil in large skillet; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is of desired doneness.
