Stroganoff
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tb Cooking oil
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 10 oz Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c Water
- 1 pk Dry onion soup mix
- 1 c Noodles wide uncooked
- 10 oz Sliced mushrooms
- 1 tb Ketchup
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 1 Slice american cheese
Instructions:
broke YOU WILL NEED: a frying pan with a lid measuring spoons a mixing spoon and measuring cups. 1. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Add the ground beef. Scramble fry until browned and crumbly looking. 2. Add the next 6 ingredients to the beef. Stir. Cover. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the pasta is tender but firm. Remove the lid. 3.
