Ingredients:

• 16 Scoops of water
• 2 Scoops of dish soap
• 1 Scoop of glycerine

Instructions:

This is from the Professor of Bubblelogy at the Franklin Museum in Philadelphia PA. Mix together and store tightly covered. Best when aged! If you use a one ounce scoop it works out to 16 oz of water 2 oz of dish soap and 1 oz of glycerine.
