Kielbasi bean egg drop soup
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pk (16 oz) dry lima beans
- 5 md Carrots - sliced
- 10 oz Frozen corn
- 1/2 Ring kielbasi - thin sliced
- 2 md Eggs
- 3 tb Butter
- 1/2 ts Adobo seasoning
- 1/2 ts Basil
- 1/2 ts Parsley
- 1/2 ts Onion flakes
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- 2 tb Maple syrup
- 1 tb Minced garlic
Instructions:
Pre-soak lima beans then boil with carrots 15-20 mins. Add other ingredients. Be sure soup is HOT when adding eggs and stir immediately. Heat additional 30-45 minutes over med heat. Source: Patricia E. Beuerlein
