Marie's baked beans
Yield: 30 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 lb Small White Beans
- 2 lb Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 c Molasses
- 1/2 c Catsup
- 3 lb Bacon
Instructions:
: Onions : Salt And Pepper -- To Taste Cover beans and let stand overnight. Do Not Drain. Add teaspoon Salt. Slice Bacon 1/2" X 1" thick. Combine in Large Roaster and bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 7 hours. Stir occassionally. Add Liquid as needed ( use a combination of Water and Catsup Water and Brown Sugar or Water and Molasses).
