Italian black beans & rice
Yield: 4 Cups
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 1/2 c Onion ;chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves ; minced
- 19 oz Black Beans ; undrained
- 1/2 c Cooked ham ; cubed (I leave ;out the meat)
- 3/4 ts Dried Italian Seasoning
- 5 dr Hot Pepper Sauce;3-5 drops
- 2 c Rice ;cooked
Instructions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stil in all remeaining ingrediants except rice. Simmer cover 6 to 8 minutes.
