Impossible ham 'n swiss pie
Yield: 6 Servings D
Ingredients:
- 2 c Fully cooked ham cut up
- 1 c Swiss cheese shredded (4oz)
- 1/3 c Green onions chopped (or regular onions chopped)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 c Milk
- 1 c Bisquick
- 1/4 ts Salt if desired
- 1/8 ts Pepper Heat oven to 400*. Grease pie plate
- 10x1-1/2 inches. Sprinkle ham cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth
- 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean
- 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
