Country-style sauerkraut & sausages

Ingredients:
- 8 Sausages brown & serve
- 1"
- 1 cn Sauerkraut Bavarian(16oz)
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 1/2 c Potatoes mashed prepared
- 1 tb Butter or margarine
- 2 tb Brown sugar
- 2 tb Onion
Instructions:
grated 1. Brown sausages in butter over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes turning frequently. 2. Stir in sauerkraut and brown sugar; warm through. 3. Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole; set aside. 4. Add egg and onion to mashed potatoes; stir well. 5. Spread potato mixture over sauerkraut; bake in preheated 350'F. oven uncovered 25 minutes.
