Cheeseburger rice
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1/2 c Onion chopped
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 1/2 c Catsup
- 2 tb Mustard
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 1/2 c Minute rice uncooked
- 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Brown meat and onion in large skillet; drain fat. Stir in water catsup mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand five minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. from: Julie Gleitsmann Cooking BBS
