Butter bean-chicken casserole
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn Butter beans(15oz)
- 1 c Chicken cubed cooked
- 1/4 c Green pepper chopped Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 c Tomato catsup
- 1 ts Onion instant minced
- 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cn Onion rings
Instructions:
French-fried 1. Put beans catsup chicken green onion pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a 1-quart casserole. 2. Bake casserole uncovered in preheated 325'F. oven 20 minutes. 3. Top with desired amount of cheese and onion rings; bake until cheese melts and onion rings are crisp.
