Carrot casserole
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 c Carrot Slices 1 c Velveeta Cheese
- 1 md Onion Diced x Crushed Pototo Chips
- 1/2 c Butter or Margarine
Instructions:
Directions: 1. Boil carrots until half done in small amount of water. 2. Drain and place in casserole. 3. Add rest of ingredients. 4. Cover with crushed potato chips. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes. Bob Hogan
