Carrot casserole
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 c Carrot Slices
- 1 md Onion Diced
- 1/2 c Butter or Margarine
- 1 c Velveeta Cheese
Instructions:
x Crushed Pototo Chips Directions: 1. Boil carrots until half done in small amount of water. 2. Drain and place in casserole. 3. Add rest of ingredients. 4. Cover with crushed potato chips. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes. Bob Hogan
