Bean and sausage casserole
Yield: 8 servings -Wa
Ingredients:
- 1 pk Frozen Lima Beans; 10oz 3/4 c Ketchup
- 1 cn Baked Beans; 21oz 2 tb Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 cn Kidney Beans; Drained 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 cn Great Northern Beans; 15-1/2 1/2 ts Dry Mustard -oz Drained 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 sm Onion; Chopped
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400~. Rinse frozen lima beans with cold water to separate. Mix lima baked kidney and northern beans onion and sausage in ungreased 2-1/2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients; stir into bean mixture. Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
