Sauerkraut relish
Yield: 4 Pints
Ingredients:
- 3 cn Sauerkraut (27 ozs each)
- 2 c Sugar
- 1 c Honey
- 1 1/2 c Salad oil
- 3 tb Caraway seed
- 1 tb Salt
- 1/2 c Pickled sweet red pepper;
Instructions:
-minced Combine all ingredients except pepper and simmer 2 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Stir in pepper pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 4 pints.
