Herbal vegetable dressing
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ts Fresh parsley
- 1/2 ts Fresh taarragon
- 1/2 ts Fresh chives
- 1/2 ts Fresh chervil
- 3 tb Wine vingar
- 9 tb Olive oil
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Mince the fresh herbs reserving a few leaves to use as garnishes. 2. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.. Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well blended. 3. Garnish with fresh leaves and serve immediately.
