Tofu milk
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Tofu
- 1/2 To 2/3 c water
- 2 ts Maple syrup
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Use the lesser amount of water for a light cream consistency the full amount for milk. Makes about 1 cup per "serving."
