Quick cherry tomatoes
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 pt cherry tomatoes
- 2 ts reduced-calorie margarine
- 2 TB fresh basil
Instructions:
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat saute tomatoes in melted margarine just until heated through about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with basil. Cook and stir until basil is wilted about 1 minute. Serve hot. Per serving 22 calories 0.8 g fat (27%) Variation ^ Use a combination of basil parsley oregano and thyme or dill and parsley instead of all basil.
