Kids-cook: couscous
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 1/3 c Raisins
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 c Couscous
- 1 tb Butter
Instructions:
Measure water raisins and salt into saucepan; bring to boil. Stir in couscous and butter; cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with fork. Serve curried vegetables on top for a delicious dinner.
