Zucchini w/toasted almonds
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 md Zucchini 1/2 tb Lemon juice
- 1/2 tb Olive oil 3 tb Sliced almonds
- 1/2 tb Pressed garlic - pan toasted until golden Salt; to taste Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4" slices. Stack and cut into 1" squares. Steam until just tender
- 2-3 minutes
Instructions:
