Salsa bandera
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Onion Large Finely Chopped
- 1 Cucumber Finely Chopped
- 3 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
- 3 Radishes Finely Chopped
- 1 Bunch Green Onions(tops to)
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro (no stems)
- 1/4 c Vinegar
- 1/4 c Oil
- 1 Juice from squeezed Lemon
- 1 ds Salt
- 1 ds Pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. If desired add 3 or 4 finely chopped jalapeno peppers without seeds.
