Radish and cilantro relish
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Radishes; Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 c Onion; Chopped
- 1 Med
- 3 T Orange Juice
- 2 T Lime Juice
- 2 T Fresh Cilantro; Fine Snipped
- 2 T Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 t Salt
- 1/8 t Pepper; Freshly Ground
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
