Marinated carrots
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Bag of carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 c Sugar
- 3/4 c Vinegar
- 1 cn Tomatoe soup
- 1/2 c Crisco oil
- 1 ts Worcheshire sauce
Instructions:
Boil carrots in salt water until done. Marinate overnight.
