Abstract

   This document describes how to use CBC-mode cipher algorithms with
   the IPSec ESP (Encapsulating Security Payload) Protocol.  It not only
   clearly states how to use certain cipher algorithms, but also how to
   use all CBC-mode cipher algorithms.
