Kangkong sambal belachan

Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 600 g Kangkong

  • 300 g Red chilli

  • 100 g Onions

  • 20 g Prawn paste

  • 1/2 Litre tamarind juice

  • 100 g White prawn meat

  • 10 g Salt

  • 20 g Oil


Instructions:

Blanche kangkong and put aside. Heat pan with oil. Blend red chilli and onion. Add prawn paste and tamarind juice and let it boil. Add prawn meat. Season with salt and add kangkong. From : Sherree Johansson
