Paksiw na isda (fish in vinegar sauce)

Yield: 4 Servings MMM

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Fish slices (rainbow trout -salmon - milkfish)

  • 1/2 c Vinegar

  • 3 ea - 4 clove garlic; minced

  • 2 ts Ginger; sliced

  • 1 ea Hot chili pepper; optional

  • 1/4 c Water


Instructions:

Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless steel pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Serves 4.
